Hours: Part-time, 8am to 1pm or 9am to 2pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with the coordination of medical appointments and patient records.
- Provide support to healthcare staff and communicate effectively with patients.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a medical setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software and medical record systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current DBS check is required for this position.
