What will the role involve?
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure overall synergy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices for a safe working environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and technology to optimize operations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and reduce costs.
