A fantastic opportunity for a Operations Manager to join a well-established group of Accountancy Practices in the North West.

This high paced, successful business are recruiting a new Operations Manager part of their exciting growth plans.
Reporting to and working closely with the COO, you will be rewarded and supported to the highest level with huge opportunity for continuous career progression.

  • Salary/Package Circa £75,000 + benefits
  • Based in Stoke with travel to the other 9 North West offices, there will be flexible working available along with some working from home

The Operations Manager duties will involve:

  • Management of daily operations and development of business strategy
  • Overseeing all operations, H&S and facilities management
  • Liaising with the Talent Acquisition/HR team/Training
  • Reviewing systems and processes identifying key areas to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the offices to identify and deliver a change management process
  • Working alongside the COO to lead monthly ops and finance meetings, determining strategies for improved month-end reporting and forecasting
  • Continuously reviewing all internal systems for the group, both financially and operationally
  • Producing strategic plans for systems changes, presenting them to the board and project management of any change process.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety compliance within the group
  • Drafting / updating group company policies
  • Facilities management ensuring that the practices has adequate resources to operate effectively and efficiently
  • Client care and measuring customer satisfaction
  • Attending networking events

To be successful in the role of Operations Manager you will have:

  • Experience in Accountancy, Legal or Professional Services
  • Proven track record in reviewing and identifying ways to improve
  • Strong background in Operational Management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to form strong relationships at all levels
  • Experience in reporting and delivering solutions
  • Full UK Driving Licence
