Rthirteen are currently supporting an established legal firm with a strong reputation for providing outstanding client service. They are currently searching for a Secretary to join their team in Norwich city centre to carry out various administrative duties and support Partners/Fee Earners

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday. The offered salary for this position is competitive depending on experience.

Duties to include:

  • Supporting Partners & Fee Earners across a range of administrative tasks.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, accurately taking & passing across messages.
  • Developing strong working relationships with fee earners and clients.
  • Arranging appointments on the behalf of Fee Earners.
  • Document drafting, creation, management and filing.
  • Ensuring the efficient management of client/matter files including filing, ID checking, printing, photocopying etc..

You will have/be:

  • Proven experience within an administrative/office support function, ideally working as a Legal Secretary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy within your work.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to timescales and independently prioritise and manage workload and work effectively within a team.
