Salary: OTE £30k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A dynamic market leading Brighton based Estate Agency are now recruiting an energetic Lettings professional to join their busy office in Brighton.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced letting negotiator and have the drive and passion to help grow the business. You must enjoy over-achieving targets, provide excellent levels of customer service, be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment to excel in this role.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Brighton/Hove and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
