We are currently recruiting for a brand-new HR Specialist vacancy, working in the London office of our client, a highly regarded US law firm.
With a strong focus on recruitment, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of business services, lawyer, and trainee recruitment.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with agencies and forming strong working relationships.
- Assisting the European DOA with lateral hiring.
- Staying abreast of market trends and data.
- Working closely with the Training Partner to manage the recruitment and hiring of vacation scheme students and trainee solicitors.
- Coordinating the seat rotation, secondment, and NQ application process.
- Preparing offer letters, documentation for background/conflict checks, induction paperwork and induction packs for all new joiners.
- Keeping the global systems updated.
- Supporting with ad hoc project work, working as part of the wider international HR team.
