This listed company provides business intelligence and consultancy to professionals across various industries. It aims to grow through new products and acquisitions, targeting £60m revenue in the next few years.
They are seeking a qualified Group Financial Controller with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience and expertise in M&A transactions. Candidates with up to a 1-month notice period will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO and the leadership team in providing financial data
- Oversee corporate transaction-related accounting and integration (including acquisitions and disposals)
- Manage the PLC statutory reporting, audit, compliance, tax, treasury, and investor presentations
- Manage the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration with business units
- Deliver internal management reporting, including forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to support evolving business needs
Contract: 12 month FTC (with the view to be extended or go permanent)
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £120K
Benefits: 30-40% bonus
