My client is seeking an experienced highly organized and motivated person to join our team to cover 6-8 months Maternity Leave for a colleague. As an experienced Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and effectively communicating with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring their needs are met.
- You will be the first point of contact to register applicants in person in the office, by phone and online/email.
- Be able to assist in problem-solving processes with the team here.
- Assist team members in day to day office needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Able to convey promptly accurate and precise information received.
Qualifications:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE in a similar role in recent years in the lettings industry is a must, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
