Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support key business decisions. As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with various departments to drive financial performance and support the achievement of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and analyse key financial metrics, trends, and variances to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance on projects, investments, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial reviews, to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and drive efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
