We are looking for a dynamic target driven sales manager who will have responsibility for successfully managing, motivating, mentoring and leading the sales team to exceed new home residential sales targets defined each year to maximise the strategy, growth and profitability of the company. You will also work closely with the sales & marketing director in developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes.

This role is based at Head Office in Ossemsley, New Milton with our sales offices and marketing suites in and around the Hampshire and Dorset areas.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

In addition to our Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity and Communication, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Degree qualification in related subject preferred
  • 5+ years' experience of working in new home residential sales
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Clear vision of how to build a winning sales team
  • Managing the performance of a team including their training and development needs to achieve their full potential
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrative customer service skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver
  • Comfortable working under pressure and with competing demands
