We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our Glasgow based client on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role requires a professional with strong employee relations experience who can provide expert HR support and advice. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR issues, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
  • Support managers in addressing performance management issues.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
  • Thorough understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
