Are you a Senior Business Analyst looking to make an impact in the transportation industry with innovative technology projects?

Our client is a leading UK transportation company seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The company is embarking on exciting projects that involve automation and chatbot implementation to bring their technology into the 21st century.

This will be a hybrid role with 1 day a week required in the office which is located in central Stockport.

What you'll be doing:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Workshops & Meetings: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Business Cases: Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
  • Implementation Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in process mapping and workflow diagramming tools.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with process automation and AWS is highly desirable.
