Service Delivery Manager
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager based in Newport.
This role is on a contract basis and is office-based.

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

The Role:
This role is for a Service Delivery Manager -someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Act as a primary point of contact
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Manage Service Levels (SLAs & KPIs)
- Management of Incident/Problem/Change Management Processes
The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
- Education (or equivalent proven experience)
- Service Delivery Management with a knowledge of ITIL.
- Management Support Services
- Active security clearance
