Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Pension and Investment Administrator & Researcher to join a reputable Chartered Financial Planning firm in Hailsham. This role will involve providing essential administrative support and conducting research to assist our financial planning team in delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:

Pension Administration:

Process pension transfers, switches, and retirements.

Update client records and maintain accurate pension information.

Prepare and submit pension-related paperwork to providers.

Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on pension options.

Investment Administration:

Manage investment portfolios, including rebalancing and fund switching.

Prepare investment reports and performance analysis.

Assist with the onboarding of new investment clients.

Monitor investment markets and identify potential opportunities.

Research:

Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Prepare research reports and presentations to support the financial planning team.

Assist with the development of investment strategies.

Client Service:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pension and investment administration.
- Strong understanding of pension and investment products, regulations, and tax implications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- A Level 4 qualification in financial services (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
