We are currently seeking a
Senior Finance Business Partner
for a successful Blue Chip Organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing insightful financial information to drive profitable decision making and support the future long-term growth of the business.
As the
Senior Finance Business Partner
, you will work alongside the FP&A team and report to the Head of Financial Planning and Business Partnering
Key Responsibilities...
- You will provide financial and commercial support to drive profitable decision-making and growth.
- You will work closely with operational partners to drive business efficiencies, in both profit and cash.
- You will provide insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance.
- You will lead monthly Business Review meetings and review and challenge drivers of performance.
- You will provide analysis on business opportunities, providing options and scenarios.
- Improve the financial awareness and understanding of non-financial managers
- Provide ad-hoc insight and analysis across the company.
Role requirements...
You should be a qualified accountant
ACA
/
ACCA
/
CIMA
- You should possess stakeholder management and business partnering experience
- Have experience of working in a busy team managing multiple work streams
- Experience of management reporting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Able to produce financial models incorporating key business drivers that are easy to understand by stakeholders
- Strong system and Excel skills
