My client a large, diverse, and ambitious organisation are looking for a Marketing Executive to cover a 9-month contract. who can bring talent, drive and fresh thinking to help propel the business forward.
The Marketing Executive will be an integral part of the global marketing function. Being a fundamental driver for the brand including digital and social marketing.
Location: remote based (but need to go to Head office in Houghton Regis, Beds circa 1 day per week) with occasional requirements to travel in the UK to events.
Hours: 35 hrs a week
Salary: circa £30k
Additions: 5 weeks hols (not including BH)

The Marketing Executive should have relevant academic or professional digital/marketing/business qualifications, excellent project and time management skills, a proactive flexible and positive approach to working and excellent level of communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
- Provide input into the implementation and execution of a marketing strategy
- Deliver the ongoing content and campaign plans to increase lead and revenue generation
- Conduct regular market research activity and analysis with particular reference to competitor analysis, fee analysis, market share and market trends,
Day-to-Day
- Brand management and corporate identity in all activities
- Creation, organisation, and publication of all marketing activities in line with marketing plans including copy writing, PR, promotions, webinars, events, seminars, and communication activities
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Liaise closely with the Commercial team to ensure regular review of content and accurate promotion of company services
- Maintaining the marketing team's administrative systems on an on-going basis
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities and communications
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Create, implement, and measure social media content - across various channels
- Maintain, update and work with the marketing team to develop the global website
- Deliver the digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online presence, simplifying the customer journey, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Person Specification
- Relevant degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of all aspects of marketing theories and practise
- Ideally 6 months plus working a fast-paced marketing environment
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- Digital marketing experience
- Ability to use MS office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
