We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our client based out of Chichester.
The appointed candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of BIM processes, enhancing project delivery through effective digital construction methodologies.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage BIM processes and workflows for building services projects.
- Create and maintain detailed BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution through regular model reviews.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Provide support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
Skills & Experience required:
- Working knowledge of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment.
- Good working knowledge of current building regulations and practices.
- Qualified in BIM, Architecture, Engineering to Degree level or equivalent experience.
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel if required for project work.
