Description

Finance Assistant responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to suppliers
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions in the system
  • Support month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and summaries
  • Assist with payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
