As the Graduate Trainee, you will work on a rotation throughout different areas of the Finance Department for 12 months to include: financial planning and analysis, accounts payable, treasury and banking, accounts receivable and payroll.
On completion of this rotation you will be allocated a mentor and to one of the aforementioned teams within the finance department for the second year of the programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for those with a relevant degree in Finance & Accountancy, or a similar discipline to gain full exposure to the workings of a Finance Department.
Person specification:
- Degree in Finance & Accounting, or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to develop a career in Finance & Accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with others
- Driving license and access to a car due to the company's location
