Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Manager role on a permanent basis with a well known organisation based in Melksham. This role would suit someone with previous leadership experience and experience of working in a medium sized business.
The role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing all transactional processing (AP, AR and Payroll) as well as producing accounts and reports for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a team of 5 across AP, AR and Payroll.
- Managing team deadlines and supporting with managing workloads.
- Supporting operationally where required: this is a hands on role.
- Develop and provide KPIs and metrics to senior management.
- Monthly reporting and analysis.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting with producing group management accounts.
- Assisting with audits.
Profile
- Qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified considered.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Team player who is happy to be hands on.
- Resilient, solutions orientated and driven to succeed.

Package
- £45,000 - £55,000 base salary.
- Hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days from home).
- Free on site parking.
- 24 days leave + bank holidays.
