What You'll Do:
- Coordinate interviews (phone, video, and in-person)
- Manage verification checks and reference processes
- Schedule and attend weekly client calls, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Keep the database updated and organised
- Work seamlessly with clients and candidates to achieve search objectives
- Handle shared documents and support the team with various admin tasks
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication, proof-reading, and attention to detail
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
