Our client requires a Business Operations Administrator to join them in their mission in ensuring commercial and operational success. This is a remote role with ad hoc visits to the site Burgess Hill site (and occasionally others). You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Qualifications: Grade C or above in GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths, or Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) in Ireland.
  • Experience: Proven track record in administration within a business function (such as sales, business/market development) and/or high-volume office work.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in adopting a customer-centric approach.
  • Customer Service: Experience with both B2B and consumer-based customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com and with Microsoft Office and Google products.

In this role you will be working in and amongst the commercial and operations functions, undertaking administrative topics to ensure seamless customer service experiences. You will also be responsible for:

  • Workload Management & Prioritisation: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines through effective planning, assessment, and triage.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Perform assigned activities to a high standard, manage large volumes of data, ensure information consistency, report accurately, and maintain precise records. Continually seek ways to improve work processes.
  • Customer/Colleague Experience: Ensure satisfaction through the quality of work produced and positive interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication and seamless collaboration with various functions and customers.

Location: Remote - ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill and other sites

Salary: £20.00 - £40.00 per hour (PAYE) OR £26.53 - £53.05 per hour (UMB/LTD)

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

12 Month Contract Outside IR35
