Salary - £24,000 (£30k fte)

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 4 days a week (30 hours) this role will be based in the office

Holidays: 20 days holiday + bank holidays + an extra day off for your birthday (to be pro rata to part time hours)

Are you a talented Administrator? Our client, an award-winning architectural practice, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join their team in London. As the Studio Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the studio and providing support to the Directors, Associates, and wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • PA-assistance to the Directors and Associates
  • Preparation of marketing material and client presentations
  • Coordination of submissions, fee proposals etc
  • Research for marketing database and business development
  • Attendance and support for internal Working Groups
  • Arrangement and management of client marketing events
  • Assistance with recruitment and on-boarding of new starters
  • Coordination of meeting room requirements and internal events
  • General admin duties including ordering supplies and post management

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • InDesign experience is desirable
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
