This role will be supporting the Sales team in providing a top-notch and expert service and financial solutions to clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, being the first point of contact for an incoming enquiries relating to Mortgage cases. You will ensure that responses are accurate and efficient and any queries are fully resolved and that client data is exactly updated and managed.
About you:
You will be proud and dedicated to provide the best customer service possible. Attentive and solutions focused with at least 1 year's experience within a Customer Services based role.
You will be confident in liaising with clients and stakeholders, both on the phone and in person, with accomplished interpersonal skills.
You will be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, showcasing an ability to quickly adapt in a fast paced and often pressured work environment.
