Basic Salary: up to £30,000k (depending on experience)
OTE: £65,000

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting of branch performance
  • Motivate, mentor and monitor employees within the branch
  • Providing training as needed to employees
  • Ownership of branch performance
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conduct morning meeting
  • Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible
  • Follow up of all leads that come in to the branch
  • Provide guidance and support to staff
  • Promote all third party services to clients at every opportunity
  • Promote and maintain the wellbeing of all staff members
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation
