Basic Salary: up to £30,000k (depending on experience)
OTE: £65,000

Responsibilities:
- Reporting of branch performance
- Motivate, mentor and monitor employees within the branch
- Providing training as needed to employees
- Ownership of branch performance
- Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct morning meeting
- Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible
- Follow up of all leads that come in to the branch
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- Promote all third party services to clients at every opportunity
- Promote and maintain the wellbeing of all staff members
- Ensure compliance with current legislation
