Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with Client Relationship Partners.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Implement client development initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning and execution of key account events, ensuring strong client engagement.
