We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Neighbourhood Worker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a liaison between residents and our organization, ensuring that their concerns are addressed effectively while fostering a strong sense of community.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns.
- Coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement.
- Work collaboratively with local organizations and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues related to housing, safety, and community well-being.
- Gather feedback from residents to inform service improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in community development or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of housing policies and community support services.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A full UK drivers license
