Salary: £25-27k
Uncapped commission (OTE 60K)
I am currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading Digital Marketing agencies and are looking to hire a results-driven Business Development Manager in order to grow this UK-based outbound telephone sales team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their client base and driving revenue growth. They already proudly service over 4000 clients across the globe.

Key responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by receiving leads, developing relationships, and closing sales
- Manage and track all leads and opportunities within the CRM system
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products/services and conduct needs assessments to align solutions to customer needs
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain sales administration including forecasts, pipeline reporting, and activity metrics
Required skills:
- 2+ years experience in a B2B sales role with a track record of consistently meeting targets (Preferable)
- Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from end-to-end
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Persistent follow-up skills and ability to turn cold prospects into opportunities
- Experience delivering client presentations and product demonstrations
- Knowledge of sales methodology and performance metrics
- Autonomous self-starter who can also work collaboratively on a team
