Community Support Staff - Luxury Residential

Our client is currently seeking a Day Community Support Staff role at a site near North West London

The role is on a 4on 4off basis with the hours of 11am - 11pm

Salary: £26,416 per annum

Main Duties:

  • Patrol inspections for buildings, commercial business, car parks and external routes as per prescribed routes and frequency as per your schedule from the Duty Manager / Night Supervisor. A site app is to be used to record all patrols and down loaded to the appropriate drive file. Findings must be emailed to your duty manager / development manager and or admin team
  • Completing the patrol inspection reports and providing to office coordinator for review - any urgent issues to be raised immediately to the Estate coordinator / Duty Manager / Night Supervisor
  • Responding to noise complaints
  • Investigating short let properties online
  • Patrolling the development and picking up large litter if seen to keep the site clean and tidy
  • Issuing letters to offending apartments reference washing on balcony, door mats in communal parts, etc
  • Reporting lease contraventions to duty managers and providing necessary evidence (photo report)
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Weekly inspection of The Spa
  • Assisting Concierge when necessary
  • Removing dogs from podiums / playgrounds / parks
  • Stopping ball games in podiums / playgrounds / parks
  • Carrying out parking usage / availability as per Duty Managers / Night Supervisor request
  • Putting up and removing notices / letters within communal areas
  • Posting of letters / notices / updates / fines / newsletters etc
  • Monitoring of learner drivers / dealing with unauthorised learner drivers on development
  • Placing and removing traffic bollards / cones as per Duty Managers / Night Supervisor instruction
  • To inspect stains and damages of communal areas when reported and send photos and description via site pro app to the duty manager / head of operational support
  • During the silent hours changing bin bags in common areas and picking up litter
  • Monitoring and reporting of non-permitted vehicles within the undercroft car parks and labeling with illegally parked stickers
  • Resetting of emergency door / gate release buttons
  • Investigating fire alarms and resetting if appropriate
  • Monitoring and reporting of commercial bin usage / misuse
  • Attending events eg: Concert in the park and providing support where required
  • Aiding and supporting emergency services if called to the development or as directed by Duty Manager / Night Supervisor
  • Any other ad hoc duties or reasonable management requests
  • Carry out a full and complete investigation of adverse events / criminal issues including CCTV clips and footage to support investigation. This includes witness statements
  • CCTV operations and investigations.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
