  • Auditing data, benefits and calculations
  • Bulk data rectification and benefit (re-)construction
  • Data cleansing and improving electronic data

The Role

Unique opportunity to join WTW as a Pensions Data Specialis

t

implementing bulk calculations within a highly experienced and diversified team. Using your defined benefits pensions, numeracy, and analytical skills you will be comfortable with working with modern software and ideally have a keen interest in programming and developing technological solutions for the benefit of our clients.

In addition, you will have strong organization skills and demonstrate core project management behaviours to complement your technical expertise. Experience in bulk pension correction and rectification exercises is advantageous as well as data auditing and data cleansing all elements of Pension data.

This is hybrid role which can be based out of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham. Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office.

The Requirements

  • A proven track record in delivering multiple projects and/or work-streams to set deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements, including experience of Data cleansing pension scheme data/pensions data and Guaranteed Minimum Pensions(GMP) projects
  • Good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
  • Good to have experience in creating bulk solutions to correct pensions data or carry out pension scheme calculations
  • Knowledge of Guaranteed Minimum Pensions(GMP), GMP Equalisation or GMP Rectification, etc.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A clear, concise and confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions and member data to a broad audience
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to foster and support the delivery of projects within a team environment
  • Inquisitive, self-starter attitude and ability to work using own initiative
  • Experience of pension administration systems
