US & International Operations Executive

A founder led business who design and develop leading consumer products for retailers globally. Supplying beauty gifts to the market, an award winning business.
Due to a promotion they are have created a brand new role looking after the US customer base.
What will you do
- Process all US retailer orders using an inhouse bespoke system
- Be the facilitator between 3PL provider and retailers
- Ensure export documentation and commodity codes are correct and compliant
- Handle all customer queries regarding orders, shipping and deliveries
- Work closely with procurement ensuring stock is available to meet customer demands
- Send out samples
- Run customer sales analyse and highlight any re-occurring issues, controlling the data
- Raise new line forms
What do you need?
- Must have experience working with US customer base
- Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
- Experience using Excel to run reports
- An understanding on export and commodity codes
