Title: RTA Post Issue Fee Earner

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

I am excited to announce the expansion of a firm based in Liverpool, particularly as they are in the process of securing an insurance contract. As part of this growth, they have several openings, including positions for personal injury fee earners.

The role involves managing a caseload of 150–200 Personal Injury RTA claims through the firm's Case Management System (Proclaim), adhering to internal procedures and ensuring efficient and proactive case progression. Key responsibilities include providing professional and timely legal advice, maintaining regular client communication, and managing client expectations. The position requires identifying cases suitable for litigation, advising clients on settlement and litigation risks, and achieving profit and settlement targets while upholding the firm's integrity. You will liaise with medical agencies, experts, third-party insurers, and others, ensuring that all Court directions and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will conduct claims efficiently, instructing Counsel as needed, and prioritise exceeding targets related to fee income, settlements, and client satisfaction while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure consistent service and insurer loyalty.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in managing successful portal, fast-track, and multi-track caseloads within a personal injury environment. They have consistently received excellent client feedback and demonstrate a strong understanding of CPR and relevant case law and legislation. The candidate is experienced in handling RTA Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution and is proficient in using case management systems and MS Office. They are known for their strong time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, they have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to mentor and develop less experienced colleagues.
