Legal PA - GLOBAL LAW FIRM - DISPUTES - £40K + WFH 2 DAYS
My Client, who are known for their expertise across the globe seek a Legal PA to join their vibrant and encouraging Disputes department. They boast over 170 Lawyers in over 10 offices worldwide and have won numerous awards for their skill.
The Client encourages staff development and are committed to providing a familial working environment whilst maintaining their top spot within the Legal market!
This role supports Partner level and the Client is quite open with regards to previous areas of Law, providing you have worked within a Legal Secretarial capacity.
- Based in St Pauls
- Paying circa £40,000+
- Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home
- Full comprehensive benefits available
- Will look at any area of Law, providing you have worked within a Legal Secretarial capacity
Main duties include:
- Managing diaries
- Scheduling global meetings
- Managing travel arrangements including travel packs/itineraries
- Email management when the Partners are absent
- Assisting with Business Development activities
- Monthly Billing
- Creating and amending Legal documents
Skill required:
- Previous Legal PA experience, within a Law firm
- Understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to build strong working relationships with Colleagues, Clients and third parties alike
