Are you a confident, customer centric individual? We are looking for a hardworking, bubbly and reliable individual who is keen to get started into a new role.
You will act as a customer host engaging with both new and existing customers as soon as they walk through the door!
The client
Our client is a luxury packaging business who has experienced considerable growth in the past 12 months.
The role
- Ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome as soon as they walk through the door
- Ensuring customers have refreshments and engaged whilst waiting
- Keeping the area tidy and presentable
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks, diary management, arranging appoints etc
The candidate
- Must be confident and a strong communicator
- Have great attention to detail and use initiative
- Friendly and welcoming persona
- Must be organised
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
