Team Administrator

If you have previous office experience and are looking for the next step in your career, this is an exciting role where you'll be working to support various teams with general admin duties.

Based in our client's prestigious Head Office, and with excellent chance for progression, the successful candidate will start on a salary of up to £24k plus benefits including 25 days' holiday. The hours are 8am - 5pm, with a 4.30pm finish on Friday.

Some of the tasks you'll be helping with include the following:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Assisting with office manager duties
  • Monitoring generic email inboxes
  • Printing and binding documents
  • Preparing commercial contracts
  • Dealing with post
  • Preparing the meeting room for internal and external meetings
  • Greet delivery drivers and sign for deliveries, book couriers as and when necessary
  • General administration tasks - filing, printing, photocopying etc for all staff when required
  • Stationery orders
  • Weekly stock check and procurement of office supplies
  • Diary management
  • Organising staff and corporate events

Key Requirements

  • Previous office admin experience
  • Well organised and willing to learn
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
