Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Proactively source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting
- Conduct interviews and match candidates to client requirements
- Negotiate fees, salary packages, and manage the offer process
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPI's
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in transport and logistics recruitment (preferred but not essential)
