The Recruitment Co are looking for a Receptionist to join our client based in Midlothian.

Job Location: Midlothian
Salary: £12.5/13 ph

Hours:

  • You will need to be available to work on a Friday
  • Plus an additional day a week

Duties

  • Answering inbound phone calls in a professional manner and routing necessary calls
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Organising Diaries
  • Updating company calendars
  • Key Management
  • Property Utilities
  • Monitor Repairs

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working within customer facing roles
  • Property background is desirable but not necessary

You will have excellent communication skills and build strong relationships across the business to ensure you are able to communicate at all levels.
