Due to a period of growth I am looking for an experienced Conveyancing legal secretary, to join their dedicated conveyancing team.
Based in modern, well equipped offices you will be responsible for providing customers with an efficient and professional service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years + conveyancing experience.
Duties include:
Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organisation, and file management
Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails
Conducting legal research and preparing reports
Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care
Dictation & audio typing
Diary management
Supporting fee earners and partners with administration
Producing and calculating fee's / billing
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
Experience with a Case Management System
Audio & copy typing skills
PC literate
