ERP Support Consultant to join a highly motivated Application Support Team with a food manufacturing giant. The company and team is growing, with offices in the UK, Spain & France. This position is based in their North West London Tech team.
The Position:
- Provide technical and functional support and assistance to ERP end users
- Work closely with Business end users to provide guidance and expertise on ERP
- Develop a high level of understanding of the full suite of our ERP components at Kolak
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in supporting ERP solutions; SAGE X3 and/or SAP Business One.
- Crystal Reports experience
- Knowledge of SQL query
- MS SQL / PostgreSQL administration experience
- Strong communication skills and able to translate technical / non-technical to stakeholders
- A blend of technical, business and interpersonal skills.
- Must be approachable, professional and comfortable working with end Business users
Salary & Benefits
£50'000 - £60'000 + additional benefits
