Hospitality Head Chef, SG13 Hertfordshire, £40k
Catering for pure hospitality, this kitchen produces exceptionally high standard hospitality and fine dining consisting of buffets, a la carte lunches/dinner, working lunches, canapes and events.
As the Hospitality Head Chef, you will be
- Responsible for the running of the Hospitality kitchen and production of the food
- Working alongside the Exec Chef to create stunning menus
- Ensuring all food meets and exceeds client expectations
- Training and mentoring junior chefs
- Supporting the main kitchen as required
Working hours are 5/7 days including some weekends
As our ideal candidate, you will be
- an experienced Senior Sous or Head Chef with a proven background within hospitality or fine dining
- experienced within a high end restaurant, hotel or hospitality B&I kitchen
- exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
- able to mentor, develop and nurture junior chefs
- genuinely keen to train and develop people
- flexible and passionate about food and hospitality
