Hospitality Head Chef, SG13 Hertfordshire, £40k

Catering for pure hospitality, this kitchen produces exceptionally high standard hospitality and fine dining consisting of buffets, a la carte lunches/dinner, working lunches, canapes and events.

As the Hospitality Head Chef, you will be

  • Responsible for the running of the Hospitality kitchen and production of the food
  • Working alongside the Exec Chef to create stunning menus
  • Ensuring all food meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs
  • Supporting the main kitchen as required

Working hours are 5/7 days including some weekends

As our ideal candidate, you will be

  • an experienced Senior Sous or Head Chef with a proven background within hospitality or fine dining
  • experienced within a high end restaurant, hotel or hospitality B&I kitchen
  • exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
  • able to mentor, develop and nurture junior chefs
  • genuinely keen to train and develop people
  • flexible and passionate about food and hospitality
