Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator based within Birmingham,B15

Available shifts / Locations below:

  • Tuesday until Friday (4 days a week)- This is a full time position
  • Postcode: B15 2WB
  • 07:00-17:00PM- 10 Hours per day
  • £12.82 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
  • Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have at least 2 years previous administrator experience
  • DBS Required
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
  • COSHH
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in Help Desk call processing
  • An effective communicator both written & oral
  • To plan, prioritise and allocate work
  • Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Preferably Maximo trained, however job specific training can be provided
