- Efficiently manage order entry and process transactions promptly and accurately.
- Respond to customer queries and provide comprehensive assistance.
- Handle incoming phone calls and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Perform general customer service duties, maintaining clear and organised records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
