My client is a leading organisation based in Co.Tyrone currently recruiting for a Bid Co-Ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a growing business and develop key skills.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Office Based (Omagh)

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Job Role:

A Bid Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the bidding process for projects, proposals, and contracts. They collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
  • Experience in proposal coordination, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in document management tools and software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and produce proposal documents.
  • Manage document version control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, solutioning, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings.
  • Organize and lead final document reviews.
  • Ensure alignment among team members.
  • Manage document approval process and sign-off.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposal versions and changes.
  • Implement best practices for document management.
  • Work closely with teams to meet proposal submission deadlines.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Review proposals for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify and address any errors or discrepancies.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information.
