Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Production Technician / Supervisor, reporting to the Production Manager to join their team in rural Hertfordshire (SG8)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-production run set-up.
- Machine operation.
- Raw material preparation.
- Production run management.
- Post-production clean down.
- Clean, pack and prepare finished products for put-away.
- Adding the finished stock to the stock management system.
- Supervising and helping to manage the team.
Personal Requirements:
- Experience working in a production environment.
- Exposure to process development and product development.
- A logical mindset with the ability to understand complex ideas and translate them into processes and instructions.
- You'll be enthusiastic with a positive mind-set, enjoying failure as a stepping stone to success.
- You'll be flexible in your approach to work, happy to change processes with the needs of the business.
- UK Driving License.
Working Hours and Pay:
Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm
- c. £25,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.
