**Complaints Investigator - Witney, Oxfordshire (Night Shift)

We're looking for a Complaints Investigator to join our team at a leading global medical device and health care company in Witney, Oxfordshire. **What You'll Do
In this crucial role, you'll ensure the highest quality standards for our medical devices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating Product Returns: Conduct thorough investigations into customer-returned products, meticulously identifying the root cause of any issues. (Please note: this is not a customer service role, and you will not be handling customer calls.)
- Uncovering Trends: Utilise our advanced computer systems to analyse data, identify trends and patterns in product complaints, and proactively prevent future issues.
- Driving Efficiency: Actively contribute to improving processes by implementing new and enhanced procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating for Success: Communicate professionally with colleagues worldwide, sharing insights and collaborating on team goals.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay informed about new product developments and actively participate in ensuring complaint readiness activities before launch.
- Being a Problem Solver: Leverage your analytical skills to pinpoint trends in product complaints and bring these to the attention of management for further investigation.

**Important Details
- Location: Witney, OX29 0YL
- Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (temporary role)
- Pay rate: £16.49 per hour.
**What We're Looking For
- Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in using computer packages, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to follow procedures and accurately document findings.
- Analytical Mindset: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information to find root causes.
- Qualifications: Secondary education, or an equivalent qualification, completed in Maths and English.
**Additional Requirements
- Experience (Beneficial): Experience in laboratory best practice, problem-solving, and root cause analysis is a plus but not essential.
- 5-Year Referencing: A 5-year referencing history (employment or alternative activity) will be required for successful applicants.
- Eligibility: You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
