Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and service for our coffee, vending, and water equipment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual with a passion for health and wellbeing in the workplace. Day-to-day of the role:
- Complete machine filters/de-scaling and manage service responses to machine breakdowns, meeting or exceeding company KPIs and standards.
- Perform necessary repairs or services, reporting any major faults to maintain machines in good working order.
- Utilize Vend Manager on a smartphone to respond to service calls, complete calls, and service reports.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed to company standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors for certain machine repairs.
- Assist with installations, including setting up coin mechanisms and card readers, and registering equipment on Vend Manager or other relevant software.
- Manage customer satisfaction throughout and post-installation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence.
- DBS Certificate (or the ability to obtain one through the company).
- 2-3 years' experience as a field service engineer.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
- Local residency to Greater London.
- Experience with Evoca, Coffetek, fresh milk coffee equipment, and Vend Manager or similar vend management systems is preferred.
