About the business:
CRA Legal are recruiting for a well-known local law firm with offices across South Yorkshire. The firm are a friendly, respected organisation who have seen a period of growth across their business. Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the Residential Conveyancing Team.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Conveyancing Assistant
Issue contract packs Assist with exchanges and purchases Submit land registry checks Send quotes to new and existing clients Handler the Lender Exchange Open and close files Liaise with lenders, clients and estate agents Any ad-hoc tasks that is of requirement by the team.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
6 months experience within a law firms Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office. Attention to detail Strong communication skills
