Sales Executive - About The Role

An excellent opportunity for a results driven and highly motivated salesperson to join an enthusiastic team. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the customer base and cultivating relationships with pre-existing clients. This position would perfectly suit someone with a strong sales background and a hunger for exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting key industries and geographic regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and other sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Update and maintain a prospect database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to meet their training needs.
  • Work closely with the operations and finance team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, activity reports, and other relevant information to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote their training programs and build brand awareness.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful Sales Executive will have/be:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Organised and detail oriented.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for building relationships.
  • Marketing experience with an understanding of the use of social media.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
