Learning & Development Administrator Salary: From £22,373 - £23,919 Start date: July 2024, 12 month fixed term contract Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Let's transform lives together.**The Role:**The role forms part of the L&D team providing administration activity and support. The team are responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of administration in relation to booking, cancelling, scheduling, notifications, event organisation offering an effective service and resolution in line with team performance standards.Responsibilities include:

  • Process all learning and development administration activities through monitoring the training inbox, scheduling training in accordance with L&D standard processes and procedures, ordering stationery and resources as required.Resolve problems and queries related to booking and scheduling training courses, ensuring all availability is booked.Provide information, advice and guidance to delegates & managers on which sessions to book onto, and how to access the booking service.Attending various L&D meetings with stakeholders of all levels, collating meeting packs, taking and distributing meeting minutes to relevant parties in a timely manner.To accurately record information related to training activities using the appropriate systems, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR is maintained at all times.Support the evaluation process by working within the team to measure the impact of training courses. Present information in various methods, as requested.Welcome new starters on their first day with the Charity, supporting the facilitators with any ad-hoc queries, preparing training plans for delegates for their first 6 months of training.Be an ambassador of training, learning and development with every interaction.To produce reports in accordance with L&D reporting cycle.To work collaboratively as part of one team across L&D.Contribute to culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

**About you:**Ideally, you will have previous administration experience within a learning and development setting where you use your strong customer service skills. You will have worked in an environment where accuracy and high levels of attention to detail is key, and worked in a fast paced office setting. You'll be a great team player, supporting your colleagues when you see they need some help and have good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Systems including Outlook, Word, Excel.
