I am looking to speak with Mechanical Lead Engineer with lead experience who are open to working on a continental shift pattern at (City of London).

- Salary: £50,000 Per Annum

- Monday to Friday (4 Days on and 4 Days off)
Duties:
- Carrying out pre planned and reactive maintenance (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Operating BMS systems
- Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC
systems, including chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3/ C&G 3 qualification(mechanical)
- Commercial maintenance experience
- Full UK driving license
